Austin, Texas | Springdale Station

Frankie and I met nearly fifteen years ago at our summer job with the local park district and our friendship has flourished ever since! When she met Collin, I knew he was going to be The One for her; they’re both so much fun, kind and generous, and have a lot of love to give!

Collin proposed to Frankie aboard a boat on The Seine while on a trip to Paris! When Frankie texted me, I was over the moon excited for them and ready to start planning! Collin is a pretty go-with-the-flow guy with traditional tastes whereas Frankie is a little more eccentric and funky so I knew planning with them would be fun and allow us to flex our creativity a bit!

Frankie and Collin live in Austin, TX so they decided to host their nuptials there, as well. All in all, their engagement was a little over 12 months which was more than enough time to pull together a gorgeous fall wedding at Springdale Station. Together, we pulled together an amazing event team that reveled in their creativity. We decided to go bold and colorful in the color palette with lots of pinks, yellows, blues, greens, and creams and Mabry, the florist, produced the most gorgeous arrangements!

For entertainment, Frankie and Collin wanted as much live music as possible so they asked friend-of-a-friend, Ethan Hanson, to perform at their cocktail hour. For their reception, the DJ company – Hype Rhythm – provided a drummer and a saxophonist to get the party going!! We also brought in an airstream-style photobooth that guests were obsessed with!!

We capped off the evening with a late-night pizza delivery from East Side Pie’s before heading out to the after party. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend – or better event partner team – for some of my closest friends! Cheers to forever, Frankie and Collin! xoxo
